Refund policy

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you made your purchase past 30 days, we may be able to offer you store credit under our BUY-BACK Program.

BUY-BACK Program:

Covers any tracked serialized item for 365 days in the form of a pro-rated store credit amount.

BUY-BACK Program provides a pro-rated store credit amount of Up-To 75% of the lesser of the purchase price, less tax, or Fair Current Market Value, as we determine, & is Dependent on the Remaining Number of Days Left in coverage.

Returns Continued:

Your item(s) must be in the same/like condition as when received. To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food & flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift-cards, downloadable software, newspapers/magazines, sale/clearance, health and personal care items. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:
Due to the limited supply on-hand of certain items, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged when of no fault of your own within 30 days.


Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer.


Refunds:
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. The actual number of days is determined by the creditor/bank of your issuing payment card.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at CustomerCare@OfferDown.com, should you need further assistance.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if for some reason the return shipping costs are passed on to Offer Down.

Consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
